European manufacturing plant for solid wood flooring
The images below show the state of the art equipment we have for our European manufacturing facility. The use of precision modern machines guarantees our quality on any equipment we have. In the factory area, the image below shows a press for gluing the top layers to the back of the plywood, as well as one of the profiling machines.
Due to the efficiency of the roll forming machines and the layout of the plant, we can easily produce over 5000 m2 per month in this facility. If larger volumes are required, we can source from one of our other two wood flooring factories.
A production base with a variety of roll forming machines allows us to produce the following:
Boards up to 300 mm wide and more
Herringbone sizes from 100 mm x 450 mm
Chevron dimensions from 100 mm x 450 mm
The lower part of the plant shows the cutting and processing line. There is a brush machine, grinder and other processes, which means we can create any floor you need.
